Here are the simple steps you will follow to complete your company formation:

Step 1: Check to see if your company name is available:
Every company must have a unique name on Companies House register. A name too close to an existing company may get rejected by the registrar. A portion of the names you have picked as of now may contain sensitive words. Please click here to know more about sensitive words. Please note that it may cost an additional fee of £49.99 + VAT for any extra work needed to form a company which contains a sensitive word in its company name.

Step 2: Select the package that is right for you and Checkout:

Step 3: Enter new company details:
Please enter your company details in this step. You will need to enter details of directors/members/shareholders/secretary and registered office address.

Step 4: Preview your company details and Submit:
In this final step you will be able to preview your full company details. You will be able to make necessary changes if needed. After the successful submission you will receive an automatic email to confirm the submission, and we will email your invoice on the same day. You will be given an access to our member's area from where you will be able to download your certificate of incorporation.
